The Fine Print
- This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable.
- The gift voucher must be quoted at time of reservation and presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience.
- This gift voucher may not be redeemed at any of the third-party vendors and/or services (Chocolate Boutique by Companhia Portugueza do Chocolate, Car transfers, Taxis, etc).
- No photocopies of the original voucher will be accepted.
- Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability.
- Cancellation of a booking might render the voucher null and void.
- Bathing suits are mandatory in the swimming pool and water therapy circuit.
- We are delighted to offer treatments and swimming pool use for all ages, but children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The gym, heat experiences and water therapy circuit are only available to those aged 16 and up
