Email vouchers are free of charge and dispatched immediately after purchase or may be scheduled for a future date, up to 40 days in advance. This can be sent to either the purchaser or the recipient.
Collect from the Hotel
Gift vouchers can be picked up free of charge from the hotel at the Guest Services on the following day from the purchase.
By Post
The Gift vouchers ordered will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day.
Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public holidays. If a gift voucher is ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.
National Postage
- Portugal Registered Mail - € 3,15 per gift voucher
- Delivery with approximately 3 working days. This is indicative. For the Azores and Madeira, the delivery time may be extended due to transport limitations.
- Delivered to the destination address, with signature collection
- Information on the status of the shipment made available until the departure from Portugal. Some countries may voluntarily provide information on the items distributed in their network.
- Proof of shipping and delivery
International Postage
- Other Countries Registered Mail – € 6,55 per gift voucher
- Delivery with approximately 7 working days. These are the indicative delivery times for the main destinations and may be extended depending on the limitations of transport.
- Information on the status of the shipment made available until the departure from Portugal. Some countries may voluntarily provide information on the items distributed in their network.
- Proof of shipping and delivery
